Sharing Rules

You can give Read Only or Read/Write access levels to S3Objects by creating Sharing Rules as well as to S-Drive file objects are not “controlled by parent”.

Go to Sharing Settings in Setup and scroll down to the object you want to create a sharing rule for and click New to create a new rule.
